Broome Lodge is a purpose-built scheme consisting of 43 one and two bedroom apartments. This was our first scheme to be built following the principals of universal design. The scheme has a large communal room and laundry facilities. At the heart of Broome Lodge is a landscaped central courtyard designed to encourage regular social interaction. Broome Lodge provides residents with a high quality home, which promotes their health and wellbeing in a safe, secure community.
