To make a rent payment, please fill in your details below and wait for further instructions onscreen. Please note: It is important to accurately input all required information requested on the rent payment form. This will allow us to allocate your payment to the correct rent account. Inaccurate or missing information may cause a delay in processing your rent payment and mean your account may go into arrears.

Household Budget Scheme Through An Post
This scheme is open to people receiving certain social welfare payments. Rent is taken directly from the social welfare payment each week. More information is available on the citizens information website here. Residents can download the application form on the An Post website, fill it in and send it to the Rents Officer in Clann’s Finance Department.
Electronic Transfer Using Online Banking
Please contact our Contact Centre or your Scheme Manager who will provide you with the details required to set up an Electronic Funds Transfer. When paying your rent through electronic bank transfer, please make sure that the payment reference is the same as your tenant account number. Our contact centre staff are available on 01 707 2088 to take payments over the phone using your credit or debit card. Please note that you will need your 13 digit tenant account number which can be found on the upper left hand side of your rent statement.
