The Clann Resident Advisory Group Away Day
In September 2020, Clann collaborated with residents on the formation of the Clann Residents Advisory Group (CRAG). The group is made up of residents from across the Clann resident body. The purpose of the CRAG is to work in partnership with Clann to represent the views and concerns of Clann residents in our own schemes and nationally, in order to positively influence policy making and decisions going forward.
Since their formation in 2020, the CRAG has met through online meetings. For the first time, on Monday 12th June, the group made their way to Broome Lodge in Dublin to meet in person. The get together is a huge milestone for the group and a great cause for celebration.
On the day, attendees included the CRAG and Clann staff, the meeting was facilitated by Bronagh O’Neill from Community Action Network (CAN). The purpose of the away day was to reflect on how the group has worked to date, identify challenges, and to create a roadmap for the future. The CRAG are looking forward to meeting with CAN again in September to set their priorities and develop their workplan.
