Operating Model Update from Steve Loveland Head of Clann
In October last year, we wrote to you about some changes we were making to the way we work. These changes were to ensure that we can continue to deliver the high level of service you expect while also building more homes for people who need them.
We moved over to this new way of working in November last year with the creation of our new Resident Accounts Officers who now manage all rent-related queries and questions about your rent account. This change will allow your Resident Housing Officers to spend more time on the parts of their job that bring most value to you.
We’ve already received some feedback that residents have had more meaningful contact with their Housing Officers since the change, but we will continue to look at ways to ensure this is happening consistently across the country.
We are also continuing to invest in systems that will allow for quicker communication and easier tracking of cases of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and the move to this new system will happen shortly. We’ll provide another update on this change in our next newsletter.
