Four Seasons Photo Competition 2026

Clann is inviting residents to participate in the Four Seasons Photography Competition. Four competitions will run with the seasons throughout the year. The topic for each of the four themes is the season itself, for example, during Spring, the first competition, we want to see photos that represent Spring.

Closing dates for entries to the 2026 Four Seasons Photo Competition are
Spring – 15th March
Summer – 15th June
Autumn – 15th September
Winter – 15th November

The prize for each competition winner is
1st place = €100 One4All voucher
2nd place = €75 One4All voucher
3rd prize = €50 One4All voucher

How to enter
Visit the contact us page, enter your name and address and upload the photo through the webform.
Email your photo to fourseasons@clannhousing.ie, with your name and address.
Print off your photo and send it to the following address, including your name and address:

We will be announcing the winners of each competition by post, on our social channels, on clannhousing.ie and in Saol, our resident newsletter.

Competition Terms and Conditions:
Competition Name: Four Seasons Photography Competition
Organiser: Clann
Eligibility: Open to all residents of Clann properties.
Submission Deadlines:
Spring – 15th March 2026
Summer – 15th June 2026
Autumn – 15th September 2026
Winter – 15th November 2026
Entry Fee: No entry fee.
Image Specifications: Image Format: JPEG or PNG. Size: Maximum 2mb. Resolution: Minimum 300kb. Naming Convention: Image submissions should have a relevant title.
Images must be original, taken by the entrant, and not violate any copyright or other laws.
If you include a person in your photo, please remember to get their consent to use their image. We will assume that you have their consent to include them in your photo for the competition.
You can submit a maximum of one photo entry for each competition period.
No photos submitted by post will be returned.
Evaluation Process: A panel of judges appointed by Clann will evaluate entries.
Judging Criteria: Creativity, composition, technical skill, and adherence to the theme of the four seasons competition. The judges’ decision is final.
First Place: €100 One4All voucher. Second Place: €75 One4All voucher. Third Place: €50 One4All voucher.
Copyright: Entrants retain copyright of their submitted images.
Usage Rights: Clann reserves the right to use the winning and shortlisted images, including name and partial address, for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and printed materials.
Disclaimer: Clann is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition.
Indemnification: Entrants agree to indemnify Clann against any claims arising from their participation.
Data Protection: Clann will handle entrant’s personal information in accordance with Irish data protection laws (DPA 2018 & GDPR).
Governing Law: Irish law shall govern these terms and conditions.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the competition shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
Clann reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
