This week, we are excited to mark three years of Clann supporting residents to live independently for as long as possible in their own communities.

In February 2020, the team were joined by Brendan Courtney to officially launch Clann, a new dedicated age-friendly housing body committed to providing quality housing and services that enable people to create homes and thriving communities.

Clann is the Irish word for family or a group of people with a common interest, our name was chosen by our residents. Today, more than 1,000 residents are supported by Clann in over 900 homes across Ireland.

It has been an exciting journey over the past three years, we have launched many new age-friendly homes across the country. Neighbourhoods like Maydenhayes Lawn in Meath, Baile an Rí in Galway and Willowview in Dublin are delivered to support residents to continue to live independently in their own communities.
