Our Vision
Our vision is a society where everyone has a great place to live.

Our Mission
Clann aims to achieve its vision by providing quality housing and services to enable people to create homes and thriving communities.
Our four values form the cornerstones of our culture in Clann.
Our mission is big, and it takes all of us growing and evolving together to move the dial on housing in Ireland. To do this, we rely on each other: to inspire each other, to challenge each other, to support each other.
Our baseline of respect and appreciation means that, should differences arise, we can work past them, and see them as a chance to find new and better ways of doing things. When the unexpected happens, we are flexible and able to respond swiftly and collaboratively, so we can change course without too much bother. All of this combined leaves us free to do our very best work and make the very best decisions: the ones that create the most positive impact.

How we live Moving Together
- We motivate those around us with our positive approach.
- We listen to understand.
- Working together, our focus is firmly set on moving forward, with respect for each other’s time and contributions.
- We stay flexible and ready to change course when needed to achieve the maximum positive impact.
- We communicate with clarity, keeping us effective and aligned.
- We make thoughtful decisions that create positive impact.
Our strength lies in one simple philosophy: supporting each other empowers us all. Make no mistake, living this philosophy is not always easy, but it is always worthwhile.
The care and support we give each other is real. Whether it’s offering help at a challenging time, recognising another’s effort or celebrating one
another’s achievements, we make sure that we build each other up. And our empowering actions, big or small, make a positive difference every day.

How we live Building Strength
- When a colleague faces challenges, we proactively seek out ways we can help.
- We create the clarity and space our teams need to perform at their best.
- We acknowledge impact and celebrate achievements, recognising the successes of those around us.
- We know the powerful impact of small gestures and how appreciation can make a positive difference every day.
- We foster trust and assume positive intentions in one another.
For us, true responsibility doesn’t mean seeking glory or apportioning blame. It means getting to know and understand one another more fully, to move forward together. And this begins with one simple step: owning our work. Not mine, or yours, but ours as a team.
Because by owning our work, our successes as well as our missteps, we learn from each other and find new and better ways to solve our problems. And in doing that… we do what is most important: we grow

How we live Owning Our Work
- Our mindset is constructive and we address issues as opportunities to learn.
- We take responsibility and ownership of our goals.
- We are solution-focused and considerate when sharing feedback
- We welcome feedback and see it as essential to our growth and development.
- We actively look for ways to improve and resolve challenges together.
- We see mistakes as learning opportunities.
They say in any project, there is always something you don’t know. One of the best traits anyone can have is the ability to ask questions. Because when we are curious about a different perspective or open to learning something new, we let go of the idea that we know everything.
When we encounter a new idea or decision, we use our curiosity to adapt and look for the positives. And when the unexpected happens, we are quick on our feet to find the opportunity and push the boundaries of what we can achieve.

How we live Staying Curious
- When new ideas or decisions come our way, we shift our perspective and seek the positives.
- We recognise the uniqueness of each situation, and always seek to understand the context.
- We nurture our curiosity by asking questions-who, what, where, when, and how-to ignite the innovator in all of us.
- We know there is opportunity in the unexpected and we challenge the status quo to find a better path forward.
- We believe there is usually more than one way to achieve our goals.
Our People
Our team is committed to supporting people to remain living independently for as long as possible and providing more age-friendly homes for people who are inappropriately housed.
Each one of our schemes has a dedicated Scheme Manager.
